unhappy office

Posted by amarie6 on 6/30/2009

This is the most unorganized, rude office ever...ever. The staff is unable to communicate in an effective caring manner. Additionally, their ethics are questionalble. My husband was informed that a cyst existed in his mandible which would require medical surgery. When I requested my x-ray for a second opinion, the staff was mad. They would not release my films. My husband and I decided a second opinion was still warranted. New xray revealed no lesion. Is this ethical to plan surgery when in this case. I think NOT. This is fraud...Steer clear of this office or pray diligently.
